Can I get my files right away?

After you purchase your files on PayPal you will be sent back to the 3rdeyegirl site and have links to download your files and see your order. Once on that page you will see the files you have ordered and the number of downloads left. 

 

Where are my download links?

Once you have successfully completed your order you will be emailed a receipt from 3^rd Eye Girl with the subject of: [3^rd Eye Girl] Order Complete/Download Links (This email could take up to 2 hours to receive). If you do not see that email it may be in your spam box. Once you open that file you should see the download links on under each item you purchased. (see image below)

Mobile Devices and Tablets

The downloads will not work on mobile devices and tablets. You need to download your files to a laptop or desktop computer. This is primarily due to the file size and structure.

 

I did not receive the Order Complete email with my links. Now what?

Verify that your payment went through at PayPal. If your payment did not process correctly with PayPal, you will not receive an email and you won’t be able to download the items. If your payment failed previously, please try again or contact PayPal support at http://www.paypal.com/help.

 

I can’t log into my account page

If you did not sign up for an account when you checked out you don’t have one. You should be able to still access your files on the My Account page if you are using the same computer and same browser you purchased the files with and did not clear your cookies from your browsing history.

 

I can’t download my files

The easiest way to ensure your downloads come through is to Right click on the link in your invoice and then click “Save file as…” or similar depending upon the browser you are using. 

 

How long do I have to download my files?

You have two (2) weeks from the time of purchase to download your files. If you don’t download them within that time period you will have to repurchase your files.

 

How many times can I download my files?

You can download your music files up to three (3) times in the first two weeks and your video files up to five (5) times.

 

Why can I download my video files more than my audio files?

Due to the size of the video files we wanted to make sure you got them without error so we added two additional downloads just in case.

 

Why can’t I play some of the songs I have downloaded?

Some browsers want to play the audio files instead of downloading them. To solve this issue with certain browsers we have compressed the wav format using the zip compression method. Most operating systems will allow you to right click on the file after downloading and either select “Extract” or “Unzip”. Once unzipped you will be able to import the wave file into your favorite music playing software including Windows Media Player or iTunes.

 

Why are some files in mp3 and some in wave?

Mp3 is the industry standard portable music format. This format allows for adequate listening within the human range of hearing. The wav file is a higher quality format than standard mp3 format. This gives you more depth and fidelity in the songs you have purchased. There is no choice between them. Some of the songs are wav and some are mp3. Note: Due to the added depth and fidelity in the wav format they also are a larger file size than the mp3.
