Well, I am in love! I just listened to both of them, and I am in heaven. I
am going to make a plea to all FAM's out there to request this song (U Make
My Sun Shine) as much as possible, because I am so sick of not hearing enough
Prince on the radio. They waste the airtime, playing the same song two or
three times within an hour, when that time could be used to play Prince.
Prince and Angie's vibe in this song is spectacular, and the lyrics,
WooooHoooo!
When Do We Get Paid! was Prince in my mind or what? I thought the lyrics
were right on the money, (no pun intended) I did get the honor of getting a
taste of this hit in DC (Fairfax) Hit N Run Tour, and I knew that this one
would be a favorite of mine, because of the truthfulness behind it.
Overall both songs, are enlightening, that both have a flavor that is for all
pallets. I truly enjoyed them. Thank you for letting me listen.

It sounds like we received music from two artist. "U Make My Sun Shine" from
Prince & Angie Stone and "When Will We Be Paid" from The Artist.
"U Make My Sun Shine" touched me instantly and brought me to tears. I'm
listening to it as I type this message. "When Will We Be Paid" left me out
there. Not like I didn't get it, or somewhat like it, I just didn't feel
anything except that maybe it was meant to be another song at one time.
Maybe because when I first heard it at the opening of the NPG Online web
page I thought it was talking about musical slavery.
Oh well, I am prepared to do the work, and bug my radio station until they
give my new favorite Prince song major airplay.
