Prince, Rhonda, John, Renato, Candy, MACEO, Greg and Erikah Badu, Thank You!

Words can not describe last night's concert. This was definitely the greatest show, followed closely by "Lovesexy" (In The Round) and the Nude Tour. Thank you for singing Anna Stesia and Joy in Repetition. These are two of my personal favorites and I was thrilled to hear them live again. You really know what your fans love.

I have been to too many Prince concerts to count, but never so close to the stage. I brought my friend Shoney (that's Honey with an "S") and I thought she was going to pass out she was so excited. At the after party I couldn't get her away from the speakers. Thank you NPGMC!

Erikah Badu -thanks for performing at the Red Jacket! You are truly blessed. And did I mention BEAUTIFUL!

Please, please, come back to Dallas soon.

Love,
sexymutha

Prince & NPG,
Thank you for the wonderful show in Dallas. You guys are the greatest. I have been a Prince fan since the age 9 and I am now 27. So you can say I've loved you (Prince) most of my life. I made a conection with most of your music from a very young age. I just think you are a music genesis. You have a way of knowing how to touch a persons soul with your music, that no other artist is able to do. I tried so hard to get front row seats to last nights show, but the closes I could get was roll O, so I hope you & NPG will come back to Dallas soon. I've been too at least 7 of your shows and last night was the closes I've ever been to you and you looked great (like always). I hope you come back soon so I can try for closer tickets. Your music has changed so much and I think the music is straight from your heart now. You just seem freer and very happy with life. My wish to you & NPG is for you guys to be happy, free, and enjoy very moment in making the music you give to us (your fans).

With Love Always,
Christina Duran

hello Prince and NPG yes we do know who you are Dallas even surprised me last night with the oh-we-oh chant from beautiful night i heard it start i don't know where it started from i don't know if it was the top or bottom but it ment alot to me to know it was that many people that knew what time it was. i was in the very top of the house but the vibe was still there i just know what it was like on the floor. And props to the Dallas music hall and just like Prince says the place has style. well keep on with the WNPG love it and i will be a member soon that is one of the things that is important to me. OK Dallas i know someone with to the after party tell me about it and how it was i would have loved to have been there but u know that work thing i could not do it. Prince if u ever happen to see this keep us in mind for Dallas that is for a Friday or Sat show so I can bring some of my peeps that don't know with me. Took my Mom to the Convention center show and she loved it last time. I have made an effort to see every Prince show that has ever come to town. I recently moved to the Dallas area and besides my work colleagues didn't have many friends. My husband and I got a sitter for my four year old and went to see Prince. As a NPG member I was in the line early waiting for the show. I soon found myself with the greatest group of people. We had never met before but we were FAM. I met many new friends and the show was icing on the cake. I have been a friend since I was 6 years old and I never felt so welcome at any concert in my life. I have mad respect for an artist that treats his fam so well. I had the best seats ever, and I felt like royalty. I loved the show the music was sooooo good. It was all I dreamed of and more. I'm glad that Prince is not conforming. He's coming from a place that few people can ever get. He is a musical genius ever evolving. He is in a place I can only hope to one day be truly saved and loving life. I hope he comes back soon.

First off I must give my boy his props. I have never missed a show in dallas since 1984(prince shows of course) I thought this was one in many great performances from the only real name in music. The show was great but the message was clearer. Family name is the one tune that has stuck with me from album and concert. What does a black man have to be mad about? when you took our name you never gave it back. Keep being a black brother in all you do and the lord will bless you for keeping it real. I thought that lady in the purple you called up on stage was pregnant. Was she? Any way sorry about your mom. I know I lost mine a while ago.

Sincerely
Brother in the white suit

The after party jam at the Red Jacket in Dallas was too much for words. Last night was, for me, the fulfillment of a dream I've had for quite some time. Your jams were a much needed reminder to me that "inspired" music coming straight from the heart and soul can be so uplifting, spiritual and truly healing. Music and musicianship that is not confined or contrived yet boundlessly FREE. Improvisation with direction, dynamics, seemingly endless ideas for textures and phrasing as well as a reminder that the really great stuff starts to happen when we push the envelope of traditional harmony and start to weave outside the "box". A true lesson in self expression through the quest for instrumental and performance mastery. You seem to bring out the best in everyone. Not only the audience but also the band mates themselves. Even your crew like the front of house, monitor, and lighting engineers were so "on". I didn't catch the keyboard players name but I believe I could see and feel Your joy after one particular improv solo he played on the Nord during the "Rise" jam. That dude is outstanding as well as everyone else you've chosen to go out with this time. Maceo Parker seems so much healthier than when I heard him a few years back. Wow. The Teacher, nuff said. These moments are priceless. I could go on and on but I'll finish by saying that, obviously, as You know, GOD has blessed You in countless ways and I want to give a million thanks to You and NPG for sharing those blessings as well as a wonderful time and infinite inspiration.

Peace, Sol Array

I'll keep it short and simple. Thank u Prince and the NPG for a spectacular concert and incredible aftershow. Especially, "Paisley Park", "Joy in Repetition", "Anna Stesia" and "TRC" rise-reprise. Thank u NPGMC for handling EVERTHING so well. This club is a very good thing and much of its success can b attributed 2 all your effots. (with special thanks 2 L.) My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Until next time... Peace, and keep it on the 1, Peter V.

This was the best Prince concert in Dallas, and I have been to 4. More importantly I was listening to the PA before the show to catch a glimpse of Xenophobia, and I cant wait till the NPGMC mails them out. My favorite song at the concert was Family Name. I was suprised that people knew the lyrics to songs of The Rainbow Children. I am still waiting for The Last December, and One Nite Alone. Maceo also came up to our section during Avalanche.

We had a hard time hearing Prince's vocals in the balcony though, earlier in the show.

Thanks for giving us an Afterpaty in Dallas. I met the band members, they seemed very tired after the show. Real Music by Real Muscians, True indeed. The Afterparty is the greatest show on earth, I just wish there was an album to where others can hear how great the afterparty was. And to think, people thought Prince lost it, boy they did not go to the afterparty. Badu did her thang real good.

Thanks

Thank you again and again for coming to Dallas. Out of all your concerts I've seen live or on video, this one was THE best I've ever seen and heard! What a joy it was to see you and the NPG tear the roof off of the Music Hall. You were right--I was having too much fun! You would, too, if you were standing where I was standing! I was feeling every song you and the NPG played.

Before the show, I had the opportunity to meet other members of the fam. We developed some really great relationships; we could definitely feel the love and the camaraderie we had with one another, and it was because of your music. Even though there was a situation that could've caused a lot of problems among those who were waiting outside, I was very impressed at how the fam carried themselves. I guess we all realized that the only thing that was important was that we were all coming together to have a funky good time with you.

Everything in the concert from "The Rainbow Children" to "Anna Stesia" was incredible, but I especially appreciated you when you shared two things: (1) How God influences your life, and (2) the truth about what really goes on in today's radio stations as well as in today's music. God is my life; I can't see the reason for living if it isn't for him. As far as the radio stations and the garbage that I hear on them are concerned, I COULDN'T AGREE MORE. There's nothing better than listening to music that is played by real musicians. I dig that a whole lot more than the stuff that's pushed into my face by radio and the monopolizing record labels. To this day, I'm very selective in regards to what music is in my home library. Don't get me wrong--there are some musicians out there that are doing well in the game, but they are few and far between. Prince, thank you for breaking free from the game and for being a real musician. NPG (John Blackwell, Rhonda Smith, Candy Dulfer, Renato Neto, Maceo Parker, Greg Boyer), what can I say? You are incredible musicians as well. Thank you all for being true to the musical art form.

Please come back to Dallas soon. I think you'll be surprised at how many more NPG Music Club members you'll have when you come back. After a show like that, one would be foolish not to join. Being a part of the fam is so worth the money. I'm looking forward to receiving the first of the four CDs you plan to give us. If it's anything like the music I heard before the concert began, then we all are going to be in for a treat! Much love to you and the NPG; much love to all the members of the fam in Dallas. We had a ball, didn't we?

Peace!

Thanx for coming to Dallas. I'm believe that this was the best concert that I have ever seen. I arrived at the Music Hall @ 3:00 to find that I would be 25th on the list (people arrived there as early as 10:30am). There was one NPGer who thought that she was the only person in Dallas to have a confirmation number. Since, according to her, her membership allowed her to get to the front of the line, she refused to sign the list. It made more than a few people upset, but we were assured that the Music Hall would go by the list. Around 6, the tornado alarm went off so they let us in the building in2 the basement. After waiting there a few minutes, we were told that it was time. Every1 was extremely excited. When I got 2 the front of the line, they said that there was 1 more seat in the first two rows, so I jumped @ the chance. My seat was in the first row, left side of stage next to a speaker. When we got inside (around 7), Prince and the NPG were playing "PAISLEY PARK." When the song was over, while talking to us a lady started making some odd chants/noises. He talked to her for a moment, then he told her that when people come up to you throwing up hand signals, they should throw up a few signals of their own.
I have to admit that as far as I'm concerned, this is the best band that Prince has put together. He only preformed one song because of the tornado, but the concert made up for the short soundcheck. I never thought that Dallas would enjoy a Prince concert without the oldies- Purple Rain, 1999, ect.
Anyway, thanx Prince for the great show and the opportunity to meet other NPGer's in Dallas. Please come again soon and release the first cd so that we can check out the new music you have ready for us.
